Orders are shipped within 2 - 4 business days depending on availability. However due to the ongoing crisis orders will take longer to process to allow our team to adhere to health and safety regulations such as social distancing and other precautionary measures.

Please be aware that requests for changing orders will result in your current order being cancelled and a new one being created. 

Return info

Returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. There needs to be no evidence of stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back.

Please note that we do not offer free returns.  In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please contact us.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please make sure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we advise you use a traceable returns service.
